Listing Preparation Requirements

To achieve clean, flawless wide-angle compositions within our efficient 1-hour session, the property must be completely clean, decluttered, and 100% photo-ready upon arrival. Please ensure all window blinds are adjusted evenly, interior lights are turned on, and vehicles are cleared from the driveway for exterior shots. Due to tight back-to-back scheduling across the GTA, we cannot assist with moving items or staging delays during the session.

 Weather & Airspace Compliance Policy

Drone flights are strictly subject to local weather conditions (high winds, rain) and airspace safety regulations. If a flight is grounded due to weather or airspace restrictions, your session will be rescheduled to the earliest available date at no additional cost.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client-initiated reschedules must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
