Listing Preparation Requirements

To achieve clean, flawless wide-angle compositions within our efficient 1-hour session, the property must be completely clean, decluttered, and 100% photo-ready upon arrival. Please ensure all window blinds are adjusted evenly, interior lights are turned on, and vehicles are cleared from the driveway for exterior shots. Due to tight back-to-back scheduling across the GTA, we cannot assist with moving items or staging delays during the session.

To make the most of our 1-hour production window, the property must be fully staged, cleaned, and photo-ready prior to our arrival time. Because video captures continuous space flow and light movement, please ensure all lights are turned on, blinds are adjusted, and counter surfaces are completely cleared of clutter. Due to back-to-back scheduling, we cannot accommodate on-site cleaning or staging adjustments during the shoot block.

The $190.00 base price covers the initial 1-hour production session and final edit, which is perfectly suited for standard properties and single-floor spaces. For larger estates, extensive designer portfolios, or complex structural architectural showcases that require extra time to properly map out, production is scaled and billed hourly to match the true scope of your asset.
