This comprehensive half-day session features 4 hours of dedicated on-site production time. To maximize our 4-hour window, we highly recommend creating a internal time-slot roster for staff headshots (approx. 10–12 minutes per person). We bring professional studio lighting arrays directly to your location. Upon arrival, we will require access to a dedicated indoor space (such as a large conference room, empty office, or studio bay) to set up backdrops and lighting gear. Please ensure common areas and treatment rooms are cleaned, organized, and staged prior to the session start time.
