What is Included:

Visual Brand Matching: We meticulously lock in camera and lighting parameters to ensure future employees match your current roster perfectly.
Per-Person Structure: CA$125.00 per staff member (Minimum of 4 people required per booking). Includes 1 high-end retouched image per person.
CA$300.00 (Base Setup)
Your $300.00 online booking payment acts as a base fee which secures your production date and covers full mobile studio gear mobilization to your location. Individual team portraits are billed at a clean flat-rate of $125.00 per staff member on-site, which includes 1 high-resolution, magazine-quality retouched digital image per person. A minimum of 4 participating staff members is required per booking.
Following the session, an organized online proofing gallery will be delivered to your team within 3 business days. Each staff member will have the opportunity to select their favorite frame. Once final selections are locked in, fully retouched, premium high-resolution assets with clean background cleaning and blemish removal will be delivered via a secure digital download link within 3 to 5 business days.
To bring the full professional studio experience directly to your headquarters or office boardroom with minimal disruption, we require access to an indoor space of approximately 10x12 feet with a standard power outlet. This space will house our professional lighting arrays and backdrop setup. Please ensure the designated space is clear and available 30 minutes prior to the session start time for setup.
