​Extended Property Capture: Extra time allotted for comprehensive interior/exterior photos, extended video walkthroughs, detailed architectural feature shots, or additional drone angles.

​On-Site Staging & Delays Flexibility: Seamless buffer time to accommodate last-minute property prep, cleaner or stager delays, or agent/homeowner review on location.

​Complete Portfolio Processing: All extra media captured during extended time is fully edited, color-corrected, HDR-processed, and integrated directly into your final listing media kit.

​Real Estate Service Terms & Overtime Policies

​Add-On Requirement: This hourly rate is a service fee add-on and cannot be booked as an independent or standalone listing session. It must be attached to an existing A1 Aspect Media Group real estate package.

​Booking & Scheduling: If you anticipate a large property, complex staging requirements, or specific lighting windows (e.g., transition to sunset), please notify us ahead of time. Day-of extension requests can also be made directly to the photographer/videographer on-site, subject to schedule availability.

​Billing Structure: Overtime is billed at CA$150 per hour (in 1-hour increments). Pre-arranged extension hours will be included on your main invoice, while on-site extension fees will be added to your balance prior to final photo/video media release.
