What is Included in Extended Coverage:
Continuous On-Site Media Capture: Uninterrupted photo or video tracking for late-night activations, extended Q&A sessions, keynote presentations, or delayed schedules.
Pro-Rated Asset Delivery: All additional photo and video assets captured during extended hours are fully edited, color-graded, and integrated straight into your main delivery gallery.
On-Demand On-Site Adaptability: Immediate flexibility on the floor so your event media flow remains seamless from start to finish.
Add-On Terms & Overtime Guidelines
Service Eligibility: This hourly rate is an add-on service fee designed strictly to extend active A1 Aspect Media Group event and media coverage packages. It cannot be booked as an independent standalone session.
Pre-Planned vs. On-Site Extensions: If you anticipate your schedule running longer than expected, you may notify us prior to the event date to lock in extended hours. Day-of extension requests can also be communicated directly to your photographer or videographer on-site.
Billing & Invoicing: Overtime is billed at CA$150 per hour (in 1-hour increments). Any pre-arranged extensions will be added to your primary booking agreement, while on-site requested overtime will be billed directly to your final balance prior to gallery delivery.
