To maximize our tight 1-hour session and deliver flawless, high-converting visuals, the home must be completely clean, decluttered, and 100% photo-ready prior to our arrival. Because we capture continuous 4K video walkthrough tracks alongside our Ultra-HD imaging, all interior lights must be turned on, window blinds uniformly adjusted, and clutter removed from all countertops. Due to strict back-to-back booking times, we cannot assist with on-site cleaning or staging adjustments.
Sky-High Drone Operation
